I've just got back home from the most amazing birthday trip to Croatia. I have never been before, but WOW, I can't wait to go back. If you're thinking of heading to Hvar, or just fancy being a bit nosy, here's my roundup of favourite places on the island...

Yes, you guessed it, we went to party! Hula Hula bar was by far our favourite bar to go to - we ended up going every night! Sometimes we'd sunbathe there in the day too, but it was our favourite lively beach bar to go to at about 6pm. Carpe Diem Bar is a nice choice for a late night cocktail before you head over to Carpe Diem Club via taxi boat. So much fun!

We stayed at Riva Harbour Hotel; which is an amazing boutique hotel and we absolutely loved it. HOWEVER - myself and Keira both came home with bed bug bites. Yep, you read that right. So, so disgusting. After going to the doctor, I emailed the hotel in which they said they'd checked the room and they do not have bed bugs. A simple sorry and that was it - so, for that reason I obviously wouldn't go back there! However their sister hotel, Amfora, is lovely.

Our seafood meal on the last night (on my birthday!) was my favourite. I filmed it in my Birthday Vlog if you fancy having a watch of that, but the standard of food was incredible and the setting was stunning. Annoyingly I can't remember the name of the restaurant; but it's the luxury beach club on the left as you walk round to Amfora, with all of the pretty fairy lights. You can't miss it! And on the harbour, our favourite restaurants were Gariful and Divino. Both amazing restaurants!

I cannot recommend hiring a boat out for the day enough! It's the best thing you can do while visiting Hvar. We hired a boat out on the last day, partied in the middle of the sea to our music and toasted to my birthday. It was amazing; and only cost roughly £70 for a lovely boat. The cheapest was £50 - how reasonable for a boat hire for the whole day including petrol?! On other days we did use a taxi boat and visited Mlini Beach which was lovely; but our favourite little island was Parmigiana.

I hope this helped! Let me know if you're off to Hvar soon :) xxx
