I am the first to say how grateful I am for every opportunity that comes my way. I still can't believe that my job right now is my actual job. Don't get me wrong, I've never been busier, BUT I've never been happier. When La Roche Posay asked me if I fancied a cosy night in with them at Ace Hotel, I obviously said *yes please* right away.

So, first impressions of this hotel: cool. Super cool. Hotel staff in bomber jackets, quirky decor and a really relaxed vibe. They even delivered the cutest 'nice to see you' note and chocolate cake to my door when I arrived!

My favourite part about staying at this Shoreditch hotel though, has to be this dressing gown - I know it sounds ridiculous. BUT, it was like wearing a really big hoodie and I seriously wanted to take it home with me. I resisted.

After chilling in my room, I went upstairs to the gorgeous rooftop bar where we had dinner but annoyingly the weather was pretty awful. It was such a lovely evening though, and I got to hang out with these absolute babes - Jess from Cocoa Chelsea, Emily from Style Lobster and Sabrina from A Little Obsessed who jumped out of the photo! La Roche Posay talked us through their range (which was so interesting as I've never tried their products before), then gave us the first sneak peek at their first ever night cream.

As you'll know if you've followed by Beauty's Big Sister YouTube channel, I have super sensitive skin so I get a bit hesitant at trying new skincare products. But I was so happy to find out that La Roche Posay are actually approved by the British Allergy Foundation - basically this brand is amazing for even the most sensitive of skin! Their formulas are non-fragranced, super-gentle and the range is so reasonably priced. So, in their range that they showed us they have handy makeup remover pods (which are amazing for travelling), day cream, serum, eye serum (ideal for hay fever sufferers like me!) and their brand new night cream. I popped it on before I went to bed and it was so soothing and gentle - it's now my new fave sleep cream. Thank you La Roche Posay for a lovely evening - and also for the incredible breakfast in bed. The absolute DREAM xxx
